Love to visit here after a hike in The Gorge, always have to get an ice cream cone, even the child size is huge!

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake and a burger and fries. The burger was delicious and the shake and fries were superb. I walked down the street from the Hotel under the Bridge just before they closed. It didn’t take them long to make my order. I’ll definitely come back again.

A traditional stop any time we are nearby (Beacon Rock, Bonneville dam, Multnomah Falls etc) for ice cream. You've gotta get a flavor burst.Give a thumbs up if you like this review.

Always a great experience. Walk up was closed this time but they had two lanes going for drive thru. Service was great and the food was delicious as always!

If you're ever in the Columbia River Gorge make sure to stop by for soft serve ice cream, fries, milk shakes, and more! It's where I go after a hike. There might be a long line if their dining room isn't open, but wait in line because it's worth it!

We usually only get icecream cones but the last 2 times we have switched it up and it had been great! Line usually moves pretty fast. Staff is always super nice

This is one of the only classic ice cream/burger drive in diners in the area and they do a great job. Not a good stop for fresh and healthy but if you want diner food, this is the place. Servings are huge. Prices are good and people are friendly. Long lines on a warm summer day but things move very quickly. Also open for breakfast.

Portions are a little smaller than I’d like, but I have a big appetite. service is good and fast, and definitely one of the better diners & drive-ins I’ve seen in all of the Portland-Metro & outer regional areas. It’s a new fav and I’m definitely looking forward to coming again, it’s very original and we love supporting local businesses

A favorite drive in location of mine from childhood stops. Good food, excellent I've cream (most of the draw), and very reasonable prices.I would give 5 stars, but there is pretty much always a big wait with little coverage for shade and infinite l inconvenient sign placement for drive through. Aside from these very minor complaints, this is an iconic stop for anyone traveling the beautiful valley or finding themselves crossing the Bridge of the a God's.

We have been stopping here for years. The food is great and staff is so friendly. We will continue to stop here - hope they can continue for years to come.

The burgers are so succulent, I wish I took a picture of it before I chowed it down. One of the best simple cheeseburgers I've had in a while. Even my mom complimented their fries.

Old fashioned soft serve swirl cones were just what we needed today and Eastwind was the spot! The line was long, as they are only doing drive thru, but it moved pretty quickly. Staff were friendly and a small ice cone was more than enough. Wish they dipped the cones in chocolate but sometimes you can't have it all

Love the ice cream cones (sizes are larger compared to the usual) and milkshakes! Any of the cold treats are good for a hot day or just wanting something sweet. The fries are the best in town, we usually get the chicken strip basket. Prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The lines are always pretty long, but when you get your order it’s worth it!

Great burgers & shakes! Cheese sticks are ehhhh, but the curly fries are something else! Worth the wait, but after you order it’s super fast. The cheeseburgers have SO MUCH CHEESE! The bacon is LEGIT bacon!I can’t say enough how awesome this place was! What a great little ‘mom and pop’ find! It’s traditional American so be ready for fast food ;)

Fantastic food and a salmon burger worth the trip! Dessert is very good offering well sized ice cream cones. Menu has many offerings that should satisfy most tastes. Prepare for a long wait in the drive thru during lunch hours.

This place is such a hidden classic american drive in gem. it’s hidden off the highway and you wouldn’t have guessed what this is unless you knew. I got the pork sandwich and it’s legit. perfectly fried, with a good dash of mayo and crisp cabbage. i’m drooling just thinking about it.

Ordered the fish and chips and an ice cream cone. The fish was waaaaay over cooked (beyond rubber). The “tartar sauce” was awful. It was a weird, sticky, slimy substance with something orange in it. I don’t think it even had pickles. Yuck. Ice cream was good. Unfortunately, it couldn’t erase my feelings of that awful fish.

Best burgers in the N.W. Ice cream is to die for. Well not die but you know what I mean. Lol

It's what you should expect from a diner in the gorge. The burger was ok, fries were tasty but leave a special after taste, the flurry was awesome. We ate here after a hike and I would do it again although maybe without the burger.

This place is amazing, they are currently open for drive through only due to the carona virus shutdown. We got two double cheeseburgers and two regular cheeseburgers with two large fries- paid $40 which is REALLY EXPENSIVE but the food was so good that we quickly forgot about the cost. The view of the bridge of the gods is decent while you wait but there is not currently any seating available. There always seems to be a line but the servers are nice and the food came out quickly (waited maybe 8minutes)I'll definitely be back once I save up enough money so as to afford it!

The staff was extremely friendly! I could see a smile through the mask as she let us know that their large ice-cream is about the size of our car window 😂. The medium sized ice-cream swirl was what I would call a large and it was exceedingly delicious!!

My family loves to stop here for their giant ice cream cones. It's a great leg stretching stop halfway down the Columbia River Gorge. We haven't tried the other food yet, it never seems to work out to be in Cascade Locks at a meal time, but we've been getting ice cream cones for well over 20 years.

We love this spot. Best soft serve ice cream with killer views! Note to self: get a small cone next time. This place always gets you overestimating your abilities lol

I always stop in after a rigorous day of mountain biking at Mount Hood. Delicious food at affordable prices and courteous service to top it all off. Stop by and enjoy a great meal with family and friends!

I was searching for best places to eat in Oregon and this place popped up. I happened to be driving through and stopped by. I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a pineapple shake. So good! Reminds me of a place back home. Good ole mom and pops old fashioned feel. I Will definitely back.
